DO or DIE Policy increase

<p>I received my so called annual policy update on the 5th of August late. So when I called on Monday to understand why am I getting +25.8% increase for my car, the consulted that I spoke to gave me three choices. Its either I remove my car hire or I get another insurance company that’s it, as they cannot do anything or I must be re-quoted again to fully be part of Dialdirect as my previous insurance(Virgin insurance) which was underwritten by Dialdirect just left us with them. It’s sad to see such treatment knowing that when I do re-quoting I will still be getting the same/more premium with access to pay this time. It’s a hassle to keep looking for alternative but I will get there, meaning for now I just need to remove my car hire to avoid paying such premiums. I just saw this one coming the time we received notifications on the 29th of Jan. </p>
