DO NOT USE DIALDIRECT!!!
Absolutely disgusting service from this company. My car was towed over 150km away to be fixed and SEVEN DAYS LATER no one can tell me what is happening. I have been passed from pillar to post with excuses and apologies - NO ONE KNOWS where my car is!!! After more than 15years with this company I WILL BE MOVING to another insurance provider once this claim is settled - that is if it ever is!!!
