Do not use Dial Direct (INSURANCE MADE SLEAZY)

<p>My Car was ****** 21st July when I reported the claim they informed me that they will only be paying out half the vehicle's value because it was a ****** recovered vehicle. This would have been fine had we been informed when taking out the policy at full price, as they knew from day one that it was a ****** recovered vehicle. Also they want to subtract 2 excesses even though there should only be 1 for a ****** vehicle?!? Why would this make sense? Dial Direct (Insurance made sleazy) they have made us wait for 6 weeks as an attempt to force us to accept their next to nothing pay out.</p>
