DO NOT TRUST THESE *******
Where have you ever heard of an insurance company that replace an insured item then rejecting the claim.I am in total disbelief when i got a email stating my claim has been rejected but the appliance has already been replaced.I have also started using the appliance.So after paying excess and recieving the appliance i am just suppose to return it?This is the worst company that only cares about their money and not the customer.

05 Jun 2024, 07:54It has been 2 days since recieving a message you will be in contact.The installer is now demanding i pay for everything,which i am refusing.You would think that a customer of over 10 years would get better service but i guess your'e only as good as your last payment.I get no respone on emails ,the app and the phone calls as well.Things are heating up with the installer as the product is now second hand and he wants a refund.Why did i pay an excess if this whole business is now my responsibilty
