Do not deal with DialDirect

I had car insurance with DialDirect, (for quite a few years, with no claim) my car died, like died, it went to the s**** yard, I do not need insurance on a car that no longer exist. I have called, emailed, but DialDirect refuses to cancel my policy, and they keep taking money from my bank account, I hope they understand that this is theft. I am so utterly disappointed and will NEVER again deal with DialDirect. As a South African I am done with being ****** by suppliers!!
