Do not consider dialdirect!
I would not recommend no anyone. After getting into an accident they did everything they could to discredit my claim. They went as far as calling my colleagues to find anything they could. After not winning by doing that the "investigator" **** about calling my previous address to find out who else I stayed with in my apartment and if they drove my car. Couple of days after a get a call from Renew-it letting me know that my insurance rejected my claim, Dialdirect didn't even bother calling me to let me know. Now who's liable to pay the towing fees? This after they instructed me to let them take the car after the accident. These people will do anything to get out of paying claims.

25 Sept 2020, 10:26Dialdirect is steady trying to cause havoc in my life. You reject my claim, fine. But how do you go ahead and debit my account after I canceled the policy. On top of that, after you promise to tow back my car today it's now a change of story and you can only bring it Monday. After i've already made plans to get it checked out somewhere else. I cannot begin to tell you how annoyed and ****ed off I am at the incompetence of this insurer.
