Dissatisfied

I have a Dent and Scratch policy with Dialdirect for over 7years, In March I filed a claim for the first time, I was then Assigned to Auto Magic Penal Beaters East Rand Mall for repairs. They did a very bad job and I toke it back then I was taken from pillar to post, then they gave a date to bring it back, when I did the shop was closed, I had to go there 5 to 6 times. I was the assigned to Mustang Auto Body in Benoni, they also did a bad job they had my car for two week just for a repaint, when I got my car back door handles are not working my Original GTS Stickers are not there, My Windows are scratched and the rubbers not put back correctly
