Disrespectfull and unprofessional! screaming at clients on the phone!

Good day.

I have insurance with you. Iv'e been with you for a few years.

I did not submit anything online or do any requests for a call.

Your Lady AVRIL called me out of no where -

after telling her that i do not need any upgrade or rim insurance she started screaming at me and going off as if i am the one who called her. I put the phone down in her ear!

This is disrespectful and unprofessional!

Please tell your people how to deal with clients.
