Disgusting Service from Recoveries Team

I have had quite the horrible time dealing with the Dial direct team - specifically Vasie Govender the Team lead for recoveries. Firstly, the team was unable to assist me with various reasons, however upon asking for a confirmation of their reasons, in the format of a letter on a letterhead so that i can try and follow up on the third party claim myself, I have received absolutely no feedback.

They do not even have the decency to reply to my emails.
