Disgusting service

All I want is business insurance. Chose Dialdirect through Hippo and was put through to Dialdirect business. Spoke to America for almost an hour providing details for a quote. Once done I asked that the quote be e-mail to me and that she call me in a hour. I'm still waiting.

I attempted to get assistance twice thereafter, still no joy.
