Close to the end of October 2019 I changed bank accounts. I sent requests to Dial Direct to change my policies so they can debit from my new account. My car insurance premium and warranty policies went through the new bank account but the premium for scratches and dents went through to the old bank account even after requesting the change, leading to a fee of R147.00 for an unhonoured debit order. On the 1st of November 2019 I received a call from one your consultants from the scratches and dents department and I requested that he cancels the policy as I was irritated by how everything was moved except for this policy. He convinced me to stay and even offered a lower premium I then told him I'd stay, he confirmed the correct details of the new bank account but guess what, Dial Direct attempted to debit my old account again which means another fee of R147.00 for an unpaid debit order that I have to pay. Now again end of November Dial Direct debited the old account - which means now I have to cough up R441.00 for unpaid debit orders for something that is not my fault but a company that doesn't care about its customers. Please cancel this scratch and dents policy immediately and please do not offer me any lesser premium as I really don't care anymore. I will soon be cancelling my car insurance and warranty policy also as I can't be paying a company that does this kind of thing.
