I am so disappointed in this s**** insurance. I don't if I did a mistake when I claim or not cause I have just noticed that my premium has been increased without any explanation. I am so disappointed. I was expecting to get a decrease but they increase their **** premium. Why...just imagine paying R1420 to R1771...daylight *******
