Discussed with Dialdirect

I've taken a car warranty with Dialdirect 2021and had a issue with my cv joint in 2024 Made a report in May and they never responded and done ot out of my own. The same year in October I think ,had other major issues and called them just got bounced around from 1 department to next speak to different agents ,I eventually asked for management and was told on 5 occasions they in meetings 🤔, until I said I'm paying a dead wood here ,I asked them to cancel my policy which they done very fast.

THESE ARE BAD PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH PAID ALLL THE YEARS IN VAIN. I SPONSORED DIALDIRECT. 😔
