DISCREDITING
I was involved in an accident on Christmas, reported the matter to the police and then submitted my claim on the 28th. The assessor submitted the cost of the damages to dial direct on the 29th. They then appointed an external person to attend to the claim. This external person I've been informed has been calling people in my complex about my car. All to discredit my claim. I find this highly ********* since I granted permission for them to access the accident report and also the tracking company. I've never been treated like this before. Are you only concerned about the premiums and not your clients
