Disappointed big time.

I got into an accident on the 10nth of May, Dial direct doesn't want to repair my car they said I should pay the whole amount to repair my car because I was bump into. They will only help me to claim the money back from the person who bumped into me. I have been calling their call center non stop asking for sales records(Phone call records) nothing was done am still waiting. They expect me to call everyday, they put me on hold or tell me the person handling my claim is buzy or not around. Do jot ever sign up with dial direct.
