Disappointed and soon to be ex client

Even the one I am going it's not worth it. The service I got today was disappointing. I have been with the insurance company for years and for the service I got its disgusting. I waiting for 4 hour for a Towing truck. I had to call them back 5 times during those hours and every time I was asked the same question. Your ID number, location. I am canceling their services as soon as I get the chance.
