Disappointed

My claim was approved on 1/2/2023,Dial direct.They even make clear Dimakatso will be in touch with. Unfortunately last I send her an email asking her to follow up with Mecca panelbeater.But I haven't heard from her. My problem is even when I try to communicate with that so called Panelbeater they just snub my text.Last time I checked with them,they mentioned something like backorder. I am surprised that the are Suzuki branches all over South Africa, where exactly are to expecting parts from. I am drained with this empty promises made by Dial direct.
