Direct delay by dial direct

I really am disappointed that dial direct did such. I put in a claim in September. And well its now November. And been calling them to find out if they sent in a authorization to the panel beaters so I can get it booked in so they can fix it. And been told it was, then I would call the the panel beaters and they said they didn't receive anything. I would call dial direct again and they said they sent it through, only to find out they didn't. And I been calling 3 to 4 times between them and the panel beaters. Long story short, my car would been booked in already and be ready by the beginning of December or so. Now have to wait for next year cause panel beaters close for December. So February next year is when i will be attended to.
