Dial(thieving)direct Insurance

Bunch of ******* is all I can say. Cancelled my policy with them 9 months ago and yesterday found out (bank statement) that they have been deducting R99 off my bank account for the last nine months. Turns out that when you cancel your policy, its not fully cancelled. If you have a thing such as SHORT FALL COVER (Needed because insurance never really pays out in full, lets all be honest) it is classed in there way of doing things a SEPARATE policy. And that needs to be cancelled separately. I find this totally unacceptable that I was never informed that I would need to cancel that extra policy on my policy when cancelling my insurance. So be warned people, I wonder how much money this large corporate has ****** from the all ever paying public! Disgusting is all I can say! So once again another working class person needs to bend over and get shafted!
