dialdirect will not help.

my car was stole on the 11th of August 2019 and I followed the proses to notify the police and my tracking company and the next day I call the insurance to start with the claim proses. They got me a hire car the next day. my claim is now declined following an external investigators assessment and my ****** car will not be paid out for. now I am paying for a car that was ****** and the insurance does not care. there assessment is that I did not tell the truth when I got insurance form them almost 3 years ago on something I honestly forgot and could not remember. and now they are not even helping, they cancelled my insurance ASAP. How bad is it that they did not even do a check when I did my insurance with them that I did claim as they said from my previous insurer. there should be something on a data basis to say that I have hade a claim and they could have come back to me and say you did claim so we have to adjust your policy. This is bad service from them and I will net recommend you use them as they look for reasons not to help you.
