22 Dec 2023, 10:35Nah your team is not dedicated, you do not make follow up calls. I am still waiting for Llewellyn Haffajee to call me and worse my claim was suppose to be finalized by innovation group but because dialdirect stuff captured the policy incorrect Innovation group could not process the claim and dialdirect took a whole month to rectify their mistake.

Nah your team is not dedicated, you do not make follow up calls.
