Dialdirect Warranty Plans are useless
Never take dialdirect warranty service, they respond after 4 weeks and request pictures of damage and all documentation they suppose to request from the day of claim registration. Very useless plan, save yourself from stress! They will respond on this email by saying we will call you and guess what!
