Dialdirect use pirate parts and unprofessional Panelbeaters

<p>Dial direct had my car for almost quarter of the year after my accident.</p> <p>They inflated my excess to almost R10000 with all their hidden clauses.</p> <p>When i got my car back even a backyard Panelbeater was ashamed to look at the job.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pirate parts were used so nothing was fitting properly and lining up. I called the Panelbeater,Renewit greenstone and the director wasn't bey friendly. He offered to fetch my car and see if I'm talking the truth. I refuse to give it without him sending me a courtesy car, because i need one to get around. </p> <p> </p> <p>The assessor who supposed to see it called once and never called back, i went to the assessment centre multiple times only to find no one there and not even a single number at the place to call.</p> <p>I picked up the following faults with my car</p> <p><br />The brand new bumper is cracked from over tightening.<br />No bolts on fenders.<br />Wiper covers missing.<br />Wheel alliginment out.<br />Bumper loose and out.<br />New headlight badly scratched.</p> <p>Headlight not focused.</p> <p> <br />All panels not aligned.<br />Noise in front suspension.<br />Smash tray cover missing.<br />Brush touches done on accident damaged areas.<br />Bonnet skew due to accident.<br />CV booth broken and not fixed.<br />Front left Panel damaged by accident not repaired.<br />Fender colour not matched well neither has the door been blended.<br />Overspray on black panels.<br />Overspray on mag.</p> <p>Noise when going over bumps.</p> <p>Terrible paint finishing</p>
