So Dialdirect have not called me back. I had to call them back.
According to the idiots that worked there I have been paying since 2019 on scratch and Dent which is not ever been on my New Car and they want to refund me for only a year when they have Dumb ****s that didn't capture my **** correctly. Then The ****er Siswe Ngwenya tells me that there is no manager available I was not born Yesterday.

Now I have lost all trust in a company that I believed in has now made me loose all faith in them Since I took out my first Policy with them

Dial Direct has till tomorrow to get their Manager to call me from Scratch and Dent policy. If no Management Contacts me, then I will be escalating to the Ombudsman and I will be Reimbursed from Day one of my first policy in 2015
This is a Total of R130617.75.

You have a choice re-imburse me for the Full time since 2019 which my scratch and dent is not on my car or Re-imburse me since @015 for both Insurance and my scratch and Dent Enough is enough
I am not going to accept a lousy R3000 for a year which your team ****ed up

Good day I have called in this Morning to find out why I am Paying R508.62 for my Scratch and Dent add on Service. I spoke to Siswe Ngwenya who I am sorry has a **** load of Disrespect for Customer Service. Siswe promised to call me back at 10:10. No call I called back around 11:35 spoke to Telisha which then told me to give it an hour.I had to call again back at 15:15 where Siswe was Rude and arrogant. Im sorry if you promised to call me and you have a fat load to say then you can go jump off a cliff. I have a new Car since 2019. I took out my Insurance with you guys when I bought my car and they have removed my Old vehicle from the Insurance side but they did not remove this from my scratch and dent. Instead when they asked me if id like to take out my scratch and dent on the new Vehicle I agreed however they still have it on my Old vehicle. I’m sorry I would want a full re-imbur*****t for your teams mess up since 2019 on my Scratch and dent Siswe told me about a lousy R3000 for a year I spent Almost R13000 on a policy which is not even on my current vehicle. Is R3000 fair on your company Messing up my contracts. If Siswe offered me R10000 I would’ve Appreciated this, however now I have lost all faith I am very ****ed off with your Clowns that work there. Siswe told me there is no manager available to call me then he said he is the supervisor. I paid for something which you team messed up and now you can t re-imburse me for it. I want this resolved urgently. Fully Re-imburse me now or I go to the Papers and you guys will then Re-imburse me since my first policy for my insurance and my Scratch and dentThis is a Total of R130617.75 for everything which I started with you in 2015. I am giving you the option of keeping me happy by Re-imbursing my Scratch and dent since 2019 and keeping my insurance with you as I have had good service at times with you. However This has got to be the worst ******* I have been through with you now and I pay for the service now make me believe or we take this to the Papers I don’t care what your policy says because technically My Car was not on the policy so that 1 year re-imbursment bs does not count to me. You guys defaulted on my vehicle not being on the system Now re-imburse since 2019 December or re-imburse R130617.75 and then you never hear from me again and I will leave the papers out of this.
