Dialdirect, the worst insurance ever

Dialdirect is by the far the worst insurance I have ever had in my life. Every person I come across or meet will hear about how unfair Dialdirect was to me.

i was in an accident with premiums paid up to date. The panel beater calls to inform me that dial direct will not pay for R8900 damages as the damages was there before the accident. That was not true, please tell me how i was driving the car with damages before the accident? those damages were all due to the accident.

I will be calling and cancelling both my policies with dial direct today.
