DIALDIRECT SHOCKING INCREASE!
I am absolutely SHOCKED to receive an email from Dialdirect insurance stating a 'close to' 30% INCREASE on my insurance premium for my two cars!!!!!
This proposed increase DESPITE me being CLAIM FREE with Dialdirect!!!
With me being claim free I.e. NOT A RISK to Dialdirect, I EXPECT A ZERO % ANNUAL INCREASE!!!
I think that this is dishonest, and ****************!!
I WILL be shopping around for an alternative insurance company as I will NOT accept this ridiculous increase!
