Dialdirect ****ed me and dont want to patout my claim

I opened a policy with Dialdirect they asked me if i had 3 year uninterrupted cover before which i had and i produced the evidence of it. Now i claimed they dont want to pY my claim they rejected but when they reject it they tell me that my car was never inspected and i have proof of glasfit inspection and i sent them. this people are ******** im so disapointes i thought is legit company and professional well its not

They told me thry rejecting my claim because i did not have 3 years uninterrupted cover now you sending me different information totally different from what you told me on the phone. WHAT IS YOUR STORY? I DID INSPECTION AND I ATTACHED THE REPORT I also sent my 3 years un interrupted comprehensive cover.

Why is it that you dont want to payout my claim whats up with nonsence stories???
