Firstly they send me an email that my premium will be going up MORE THAN 40% from 1st August! And that is despite the fact I have NEVER claimed from them in the 3 years I have been with Dialdirect!! So I obviously cancel and find insurance at HALF their premium. I have now emailed them 5 TIMES, and asked for them to confirm cancellation, and arrange a refund for the remainder of this month. I'm STILL waiting for a phone call?!?! Thank goodness I never had a claim through them! They are a NIGHTMARE to deal with, UNLESS of course you are signing up with them!!! It seems they offer good rates, then after a few years, increase premiums by 40%, via an EMAIL!! What a con!!
