Dialdirect Poor Service

A client of Dialdirect bump into my car in November 2018. The take 3 months before they first over me R13700 for the repairs this after BMW repair center quote R50000. When I phoned in and spoke to Cynthia at dialdirect and asked if they think it is possible to fix the car for this ridiculous amount. I then asked them if they are able to fix it for this amount then they must take it and fix it. They only got the car to go to AutoMagic in January 2019. It was totally messed up by AutoMagic after a respray the dent was not fixed, door handle is still sanded and never painted. Dial direct assessor promise to let the car go to a different panel shop three weeks ago. Yet nothing happened so far. I am sick and tired of insurance companies promises, poor service, and *********** staff. Their Assessor Jaco did not even phone me back.
