Dialdirect. Nothing Direct about them
I submitted a claim in April. A person drove into my parked vehicle. Dialdirect want me to pay and not the 3rd party. I can't talk to them. They're ignoring my requests for them to call me.
They've got the accident report where the driver acknowledges driving into my vehicle.
