Dialdirect mechanical warranty cover

I am very disappointed with dialdirect mechanical warranty cover. It's been two weeks trying to get hold of them to help with my queries and all I do is they put me on hold for 20 minutes every time I attempt to call again. It's nice when they deduct money but when they have to assist their clients they have failed me completely.
