Dialdirect just don't reply to emails
Have sent numerous emails and called and held on and on and on. Why do I not get replies???

22 Nov 2023, 09:40After emailing (no responses) and calling (calls get dropped) for weeks, I now get told the claim is older than 30 days. I submitted this claim as part of the original one and part was paid and others needed quotes which I submitted. No response when the quotes were submitted and now i get told its over 30 days. Ridculous that i dont get any response to emails
