Dialdirect IT is almost none existent
I love Dialdirect as a company however people who deals with Dialdirect app are not helpful at all, I reported my app multination in June it was only resolved in November, again my app does track however it doesn’t not add funds which are tracked on the total of the month, I emailed different people my screenshot nothing is done about it, it has been 3 weeks now, nothing is happening, we are towards end of the month, it means I am not going to get money which has been tracked through out the month
