DIALDIRECT IS USELESS!!
ZERO STARS!! I have asked for feedback on a denied claim, and i am literally just ignored. The so called dispute resolution line is useless! NO reply, nothing! They just take their monthly payment and vanish! I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED!! And i have been a client for over TEN YEARS!!! Looking for another insurance company.. and i will advise people to stay away!!!
