Dialdirect is the worst
Dialdirect is the worst. All they promise when you sign up are just disguised lies. They do not pay claims. The payback they advertise? Another big lie. Unless if you call R21 payback. And the rental car you pay for every month in the event of an accident?? All lies. Am cancelling with this money draining ****. Am so disappointed. I have to pay for the damages to my car, after paying R1000 every month for nothing. Having no insuramce is better than Dialdirect.
