Dialdirect is a ****mer!!!

I took up a car insurance policy with Dialdirect in December 2022, paid first premium as planned. Then in January and again Feb they increased my premium by more than R200 without even telling me what was happening. I contacted them on the 2nd March and they responded after 7days saying they will resolve the matter. My premium went back to normal in March but they never paid back my money. I’ve sent emails and no response.
