Dialdirect is a ****
At this point I want nothing to do with dialdirect I have had enough marn from being hijacked and dealing with them iis just a lot having to call everyday for feedback whereas someone has been allocated regarding a claim it has not been an easy one I wish they can just return all the premiums I've paid for the past 5 - 6 years.
