Dialdirect Insurance

I'm just disgusted by the level of service these are giving me. Its been 3 months since they referred me to this *********** panel beater that keeps on lying about parts that have been ordered. No assistance from Dialdirect whatsoever after continuous attempts to caution them about this panel beater they recommended. I'm currently stranded, cant get assistance from Dialdirect and the panel beater keeps on telling me stories that the parts arrived and when they have to finish the car they come with stories that the still waiting for the same parts they claim to have received. I don't believe I should be fighting with the panel beater yet my insurance is the one I'm paying for this service.
