DialDirect has been ignoring me for close to 4 weeks

Since DialDirect has decided to ignore me, I reckon this is the only way to get a response that is not automated, or from a complete *****. On the 21st of July my wife and father were hijacked in my yard as they opened the security gate. My wife was on her way to go on vacation, thus all her suitcases were ****** with the vehicle. Since I am in Zambia it took me some time to get everything together that DialDirect required, and on the 30th of July I submitted them with all the details and particulars. Then the lady who was suppose to handle my claim went silent. For a week I heard nothing from her, and on the 7th of August I mail her, she then said she was sick for a week. But she will contact me on the 8th of August. On the 10th I tried to contact her and she didn't come back to me. On the 13th I received my payout and again tried to get hold of the lady, I mailed her at 12:00 she then apologized for being on leave on the 10th. DialDirect decided to put everything under undisclosed items and only payout R5500. On the 13th I mailed the dispute resolution department and then again I heard nothing from DialDirect. On the 17th I mailed dispute resolution again and again I heard nothing from them. On the 22nd I again mailed dispute resolution, this time they said they have reviewed it with the ombudsman and decided to reopen my claim and that somebody will be in contact with me to validate my claim. Today is the 27th and NO ONE has contacted me. I've explained that I am in Zambia thus they can not contact me on my SA number. I've supp**** my email (which is on the DialDirect system anyway) as well as my Zambian number and said that if you must contact me on my SA number then it needs to be a whatsapp call. This request seems to difficult for DialDirect to compute. When I insured my home contents for close to R260000 no one asked for the proof of purchase, DialDirect was happy to take the monthly installment. Can somebody/anybody please start doing their job at that company. If your policy is to ignore customers until they get bored then clearly I've made a huge mistake to take out insurance at such an *********** company!!!
