DialDirect doesnt care about customers

@dialdirect doesnt care about their customers, they still havnt recovered access from the other party on my incident. Im unhappy, Im considering cancelling my contract with them

Cindy B from recoveries is always unavailable, she doesnt reply to emails, when i call she is never there. I am very unhappy about your services
