Dialdirect - disappointed client

It seems the only way to get a response from said service providers is to lodge a complaint. after numerous e-mails to this company i am yet to receive a response either via e-mail to a phone call. Dialdirect also has increases the monthly premium without any notifications. Soon in the market for a new insurance provider.
