Dialdirect debit order with FNB

This company is debiting from peoples accounts including my own, I bank with FNB so clearly someone is working with them to give them banking details so they can debit the account, i have to move my funds every month just for them not to be able to collect this debit, even when i reject it in my debi check mandates it still goes through, our banks dont have a strong back bone as well, clearly their system has loop holes.
