DialDirect Car Insurance Useless RoadSide Assistance , Don't Use them
Dialdirect has the most useless roadside assistance ever , I got stuck my tire burst and I needed towing , It was like 4am in the morning and I called Dialdirect , the consultants just kept repeatedly asking unnecessary question to no point of assisting , then they say they'll call back and they never did , I had to call a friend to come assist whilst I pay my insurance every month ... then they have the nerve to send me an sms saying ' Hello your car has been delivered safely' like really , they failed to assist and wanna claim to have help ... Cancellin this piece of **** insurance .
