Dialdirect and Goitsione Lolwane of Claim department are the BEST of the BEST

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having a house break in where my personal belongings, particularly staff that has sentimental value for me, were ****** from my new home. I thought for a moment that I was being followed by bad luck, but Dialdirect came through for me to try and replace the staff I lost. I'd like to thank Goitsione Lolwane in particular, as he has been through so much with me by assisting me with the claim that I had almost given up hope that I would be able to replace everything that I have lost. He has been an incredible person in guiding me through the entire process and ensuring that I provide all of the information required for my claim to be processed successfully. I am happy to say that despite all of the trauma I have experienced and all of the emotions I was trying so hard to keep intact, I have Dialdirect to thank for approving my claim and now waiting for a payout to replace my assets.
