Dialdirect and First Help

In November I was involved in an accident were my car was written off. The issues started when my items where ****** from the car when I was towed. It was towed by the First Help and they told me I need to speak to my insurance for any lost items. I also did not get good service from First Help randburg, they gave me attitude when I asked them about my lost items. The lady even refused to give me her contacts. Back to Dialdirect, my case was being handled by Abardean Roestorff who is not replying to my emails. He promised me that my ****** items will be recovered but after the car claim was settled he just disappeared, I even send him an email that I am going to hello peter but that did not shake him. I want my items to be replaced.
