Dialdirect - a cut above!

I have been insured with Dialdirect for a number of years for home contents and motor insurance and fortunately have not had the need to claim until recently when my home was burgled. Having comp**** with the formalities - SAPS case no. etc. and submitting my claim, Dialdirect replaced all that was ****** and paid me out for some of the goods irreplaceable without question. There was no attempt - as one often hears about with insurance companies - to try and avoid replacement or payment. Everything was dealt with promptly and professionally. Full marks to Dialdirect! *****
