DialDirect: A brand that won't open your car when your key doesn't work But will open it for free if you leave keys in your car

My car battery died and my key no longer works as well, well call your car insurance since you pay for a comprehensive cover. Right, well that's where I was wrong.

1. DialDirect apparently will open your car for free if your keys are inside the car, however, if your key doesn't work any since the battery is completely dead and manual is also not working, well they can't help you. What you can do though is get a technician to open your car at a charge of R650 min to R1000 max, by the way this is for a service they provide for free if keys are stuck inside. 2. They can come jump start my ca, oh that's great but you can't open it. ok cool

So in essence DialDirect wants me to pay R1000 to open my car for a service they offer for free if someone carelessly left their car keys inside the car.

Again, what terrible insurance and brand...Time to search for better insurance brand 2.
