Dialdirect 24% increase on monthly vehicle insurance
Dialdirect intended to change my policy by adding a 24% monthly increase. This is unacceptable - I am not willing to pay more on vehicle insurance for a vehicle that is worth less.
I spoke to a consultant earlier today and asked him to send me a quote to change my policy, but it seems he has already changed my policy, which means that I lose my cashback that was scheduled for next year.
Got three quotes from other insurance companies that are 20 % cheaper than my old policy with Dialdirect. Also R 5000 less in excess payment on the new quotes.
If Dialdirect does not get back to me within the week, I'll be cancelling my policy with immediate effect.
