Dial Diret is the worst insurance company
Dial Direct is the worst !!!! They rip you off !!! And do anything not to pay for a claim. And if they do by chance pay they rip you off with bogus quotes etc... I canceled my policy with Dial Direct and they called me back to offer me a better deal...over R2000 better for the same items insured. Daylight *******. I've been with this useless so called insurance company for almost 5 years. " NOTHING HAS BEEN GOOD " THEY ARE USELESS AND WILL JUST ROB YOU INSTEAD OFF HELPING YOU.
