Dial Directs Failure to deliver on its Mandate
I was involved in a car accident in 30 Mat 2015 and I duly lodged a claim with my insurance on the same day, where I was asked a number of questions which I was happy to answer. On 04/06/2015 I was informed that the car was a write off. On 09/06/2015 I called the insurance to follow up on the matter only to be told that my case was referred to a Senior Consultant because the accident report could not be traced. I found that odd and I investigated the matter and within few minutes I located the report. The consultant called me and I immediately told him where to get the report and further shared my frustration with the company. That was the last conversation I had with the company and today's date is 15/06/2015, 16 days after the incident. I was also informed by the lady that I gave her details to the insurance for the sole purpose of confirming that I was at her house for the ceremony that the consultant went as far as asking about my drunken state. I found this appalling because it became clear to me that their investigation is in bad faith because nobody asked me if I drank or not, and the people that are responsible for answering that question are the traffic officials that were
